Where is my order?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are printed and despatched the same day, unless you’ve selected a later date. We’ll send you a despatch confirmation email to let you know when your order is on its way.

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class. 93% of Royal Mail First Class post is delivered the next working day, following despatch, but please allow 1-3 working days for delivery (excluding Sunday).

Large Format cards may not fit through a standard UK letterbox. In this instance your postman should leave a calling card for your item(s) to be collected from your local Post Office/Sorting Office. We recommend that Large Format cards are delivered to an address where someone is available to accept delivery, otherwise please allow additional time when ordering to ensure that your card can be delivered, and/or collected from your local Post Office/Sorting Office

You can also track the progress of your order in your account until the point that your order is despatched. Simply sign in, click ‘My Orders’ and search for the relevant order. The last 10 orders are shown on the first screen, each order will have an order status as follows:

Pending

Order has not been completed / awaiting payment.

Processing

We have received your order and have sent you an order confirmation email. You can click on the order numbers to see the full details of each order placed.
If you have one or more different cards in any particular order then the order status will show as processing until all the items in that order have been despatched.

Complete

Your order has been completed and despatched. We have sent you an order despatch confirmation email.

Cancelled

You have cancelled your order.

How are my cards delivered?

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class. 93% of Royal Mail First Class post is delivered the next working day, following despatch, but please allow 1-3 working days for delivery (excluding Sunday). We can only deliver to addresses with UK postcodes.

You can choose for the card to be despatched as soon as possible or on a particular date. You can also choose to have the card sent back to you or sent directly to the recipient. By choosing ‘Send to me’, your order will arrive in an outer envelope with a spare envelope included per card, to allow you to add a handwritten message.

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class, except when the order is classed as a Higher Quantity card order and it will be despatched by courier. If ordering the following card quantities your order will be classed as a Higher Quantity card order and despatched by courier;

Mini Square Card = 120+cards
Standard Square Card = 100+ cards
Large Square Card = 50+ cards
Mini Postcard = 100+ cards
Standard Postcard = 120+ cards

These Higher Quantity card orders may take us a little longer to process. They will be despatched by courier within 2 working days of us receiving your order and will be delivered the next working day.

What is the despatch date?

Can I change when and where my cards are sent?

If you’ve recently placed an order and would like to change your despatch date or delivery address, please call our Customer Service team on 0333 0148441 (lines open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

When will my order be received?

Do I get a spare envelope included when I choose the ‘Send to Me’ delivery option?

Yes. If you choose Send to Me, and choose your own address as the delivery address, the card will arrive in an outer envelope with an additional blank envelope inside for you to use to either post the card or deliver it in person. This delivery option allows you to add a handwritten message, money or gift card inside the card before sending it to the recipient, if required.

Can I collect my order in store?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to collect your personalised cards in store. We hope to be able to offer this service in the future.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Selecting the ‘Send to Recipient’ postage option charges postage per card (not per order).
Each card ordered and sent direct to a recipient will cost £0.60 P&P per card (large cards being sent direct to recipient cost £1.20 P&P per card).

Our Postage and Packaging charges group together the cost of Royal Mail First Class postal service, plus all envelopes and packaging required.

A simple way to check the P&P charges for an order is by adding cards to your shopping basket, making sure you have the correct card sizes, quantities and delivery options selected – the site will calculate the charge for you automatically.

Can I send cards to addresses that are overseas, British Forces Post Offices (BFPO) or in Eire?

We are currently able to deliver to UK addresses only. We are working to extend our delivery options in the future.

Why haven’t I received all the items I ordered?

If you’ve ordered multiple cards and chosen ‘Send to Me’ we may occasionally split these orders into more than one delivery. This is because we use different printing methods when producing our personalised cards, and orders are despatched as they are produced. If you have any concerns about missing items, please contact us.

Can I choose guaranteed next day delivery?

We currently only offer delivery to UK addresses using the Royal Mail First Class postal service. This is a 1-3 working day service. We hope to introduce more postal service options in the future.

Can I have items in my order delivered to different addresses?

Yes. You are able to choose a different delivery address for each item you add to your shopping bag.
If you place a Multibuy order (4 or more copies of the same card), you will only be able to specify one delivery address for that particular product.

Royal Mail state that 93% of 1st Class mail is delivered the next working day (including Saturdays). In our experience most deliveries arrive within 3 working days following despatch.

Be sure to choose a despatch date allowing adequate time for delivery in order to avoid disappointment.
